Print book orders:
We accept and ship international orders for customers located in Australia, New Zealand, and the Oceania territories [until April 1, 2015], and for customers located in Mexico, Central America, and South America.
Customers located in Canada, the UK, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia, India, [and Australia, New Zealand and the Oceania territories starting April 1, 2015], should contact one of our international distributors to place an order.
Digital product orders:
Unless otherwise noted, we distribute our digital products to customers worldwide.
Browse through our Products section, where you'll find a separate page describing each product in our catalog. Each Product page includes an order button that lets you add the current product to your shopping cart. There are also buttons to let you "Review Your Order" any time.
You'll get many chances to change your order before you finally submit it to us. Each time you click the "Add This Book to Order" or "Review Your Order" button, you'll see your shopping cart list. On that page, you'll have a chance to delete any book from your order, change the quantity of any book you've ordered, tally up the cost of your order so far, or call the whole thing off.
When you're ready to submit your order, choose the "Proceed to Checkout" option (at the bottom of the Review Order page). This will take you to a form where we ask for your shipping and payment information and give you yet another chance to change or cancel your order.When you're ready to commit, choose the "Send Order Now" option at the bottom of the Checkout form to send your order directly to Berrett-Koehler.

As always, you can also order directly from Berrett-Koehler by phone at (800)929-2929 (weekdays, 8 am - 9 pm Eastern Standard Time) or by fax at (802)864-7626 (please include your daytime phone number) For fax orders, you can compile your shopping list as described under "Ordering Online," above, and then print out and fax us the completed Checkout page.

Shipping charges (for orders within the U.S.)
We want to get your books to you as quickly, securely, and affordably as possible. Unless otherwise requested, ALL orders within the United States are shipped FREE. Orders of less than ten books are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS). Orders of 10+ books are shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground at no additional charge. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for delivery. Rush shipping is also available by request for an additional charge. You can view applicable shipping rates from a pull-down menu during the ordering process to choose the method that best suits your needs.
