Berrett-Koehler Hires Charlotte Ashlock as New Digital Producer/Editor

Replaces Bonnie Kaufman in the Editorial Department 

 

 

Berrett-Koehler is pleased to announce the hiring of Charlotte Ashlock as Digital Producer/Editor. Ms. Ashlock the company as a full-time employee on August 1, 2012 and will be reporting to David Marshall, VP of Editorial and Digital.

Ms. Ashlock is the daughter of a mathematician and a computer scientist and “was raised to question authority, be skeptical, and use imagination at all times.” She studied Science, Technology, and Society at Bard College, where she did her senior project on the international eco-village movement.

After an internship at Berrett-Koehler Publishers, she signed on for Americorps in Rochester, NY.  After completing her Americorps year, she served as Web Associate for the Public Interest Network, content managing for Environment America, U.S. PIRG, and others
