Joseph Pine II is a speaker and management advisor as well as the bestselling coauthor of The Experience Economy (Harvard Business School Press, 1999, with an Updated Edition in Summer 2011) and Authenticity (Harvard Business Press, 2007). He also wrote Mass Customization: The New Frontier in Business Competition (Harvard Business School Press, 1993).
