How to Get Your Liquids Through Airport Security

TSA requires that all liquids be confiscated at airports when going through security, but most people don't know there's a way around that: freeze them.

This is not a joke. The TSA has openly declared that "Ice is not a liquid but a solid. Therefore, it can be allowed through security." Of course, the challenge is to get your frozen beverage of choice from your home or other venue to TSA checkpoints without it melting. Even then, as long as it doesn't melt too much, you can just drain the liquid part into one of those giant garbage cans they have just prior to the x-ray machines. Then, just put your frozen drink through the x-ray.

The TSA has explained this exception by stating that no materials that could potentially be used for any explosions of any kind can be frozen.
