Jamie Showkeir
Since the early 1980s, Jamie has used his expertise to help individuals and organizations improve results while creating workplaces where people find meaning and purpose. His work is grounded in the belief that individual choice must be authentically engaged for organizations to successfully create cultures of accountability. Jamie is a founding partner for henning-showkeir & associates, inc., which has worked with hundreds of clients – large and small corporations, educational enterprises, non-profits and government entities – to strengthen their organizations. He also has trained hundreds of internal and external business consultants, helping them define their expertise and employ it in the service of their businesses. He and his wife, Maren, a managing partner at hsa, live in Phoenix.
