If you order more than one book at a time, we will immediately ship any books that are currently available, and send backordered books when they become available.
Backorders will not delay the rest of your order.
What type of payment do you accept?
All orders must be paid in U.S. dollars by credit card or by check or money order drawn on a U.S. bank.
What if I don't like a product I've ordered? Berrett-Koehler Please be sure to include a copy of the original invoice and the reason for return. We will gladly refund your money.
Can I place an order from outside the U.S.?
Can I order online?
To submit the order, just fill out our online order form and click the "Send Order Now" button at the bottom of the page to submit your order to Berrett-Koehler.
Is it safe to use my credit card for online orders?
If your Internet access does not support secure transactions, you have the option to use our non-secure server to submit your order.
In that case, you'll want to play it safe and leave the credit card section blank, and we'll call you for that information.
Can I order by fax?
After you fill out the order form, print it out (using your Web browser's Print button) and fax it to us at (802)864-7626.
If you order by fax, be sure to include your: Name, address, book titles, daytime phone number, credit card number, name on card, and expiration date.

If you have requested normal delivery (USPS book rate service), you should expect to receive your order in 1-2 weeks. Rush shipping is available for an additional charge (see below).

Yes. We will ship the book to you when it becomes available, and will charge your credit card at that time.
