Beverly Kaye founded Career Systems International (CSI) more than thirty years ago, and it has become a global leader in developing and delivering innovative, action-based talent management solutions. With an emphasis on engagement and retention, as well as its flagship offerings in career development, Career Systems International supports organizations globally.
