James D. Kirkpatrick, Ph.D. is a Vice President, and currently works as the Director of the Corporate University, for First Indiana Bank in Indianapolis Indiana. He is an adjunct professor in the MBA program at the Indiana School of Technology, is co-founder of the downtown Indianapolis Organizational Development Network, and is on the Board of Directors for the American Red Cross.
